WELCOME TO ROMANIA
The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the EMPOWERED Project took place in the beautiful city of Craiova, in Romania, from the 06th of September to the 07th of September 2023.
The hosting organization, Cultural Association ARTEC, had a full agenda planned, including the presentation of the eLearning platform, the progress of the workshops in each partner country, the piloting phase of the training modules, as well as the preparation of the final conference in Italy, in November 2023.
ELEARNING PLATFORM
After a short presentation of the platform, all partners went through the training modules in detail and highlighted any technical issues that need to be fixed. All modules were examined separately and all stages within each module were tested. The quality of the platform, as well as of the training content is of paramount importance for the consortium and actions to ensure its high level of performance and user satisfaction are being taken. Overall, the partnership identified some technical issues in the platform and set the time framework to make the necessary adjustments and improvements.
PROGRESS OF THE PILOTING ACTIVITIES
All partners notified the consortium of their progress regarding the piloting phase of the EMPOWERED training modules. Events that have already been implemented, outcomes, next steps, as well as issues that came up during the piloting phase, were all discussed among the partnership. All tasks are progressing according to the initial plan and within the set time framework, and all partners will submit their national reports on the findings of the piloting period by the end of September, as it was initially planned.
FINAL CONFERENCE IN ITALY
During the TPM, partners also had the opportunity to discuss in detail the organization of the EMPOWERED final conference, as a lot of planning is required in advance. The conference will host a great number of target group members and stakeholders and will incorporate a number of presentations and interactive workshops. The hosting organization, Commune Di Castiglione Del Lago, informed all partners about the events that will take place during the final conference, as well as the responsibilities of each partner organization and the actions/tasks they need to undertake. A specific plan was set down and all partners commonly decided to work on that.
Overall, the third TPM in Romania produced an effective and efficient outcome as it brought together all partners to discuss and finalize all the necessary upcoming tasks.
The EMPOWERED consortium looks forward to the final conference in Italy, in November 2023. That big event aims to communicate the EMPOWERED Project and its results to a large number of target group members and stakeholders, through a variety of presentations and interactive workshops that will take place during its implementation.

The project is being implemented in Italy through the ERASMUS+ Programme and collaboration of organization Asociatia Culturala ARTEC (Romania), COMUNE DI CASTIGLIONE DEL LAGO (Italy), Found.ation Maker’s Place Private Company (Greece), Mindshift Talent Advisory lda (Portugal) and Wisefour Innovation and Development Organisation Ltd (Cyprus).
