1ST TPM in ITALY | 1st Day
The ECO-MEDIA Project partners were very excited and motivated to meet face-to-face for the second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). The consortium met in the picturesque city of Padua, Italy, and were welcomed by hosting organization ENJOY Italy on 24-25 November 2022.
The meeting came at the perfect time where certain Intellectual Outputs were ready to be closed and new Intellectual Outputs were ready to commence. In addition to working on the Intellectual Outputs, time was dedication to the administrative aspects of the project and dissemination of the project activities.
The meeting started off with the Project Coordinator Ayuntamiento de la Palma Del Condado (Spain) covering important matters with regards to project management such as the timing of the project and financial reporting. Following from this, partners began presenting the present and upcoming Intellectual Outputs. Wisefour Innovation and Development Organisation Ltd (Cyprus), the leader for Intellectual Output 1, presented an overview of the outputs from each activity which form the Descriptive Map of Community Media Approaches for Digital Youth Work. The final shape was discussed amongst partners to conclude a successful result. In the next segment of the meeting Enjoy Italy Di Alessandro Gariano (Italy), leader of Intellectual Output 2 which is a Toolkit on Climate Change, presented the action plan and the role of each partner for each upcoming activity. At this stage partners also started working on and discussing Activity 1 and 2. In concluding day one, partners agreed on the progress to be made for Intellectual Output 2 and Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (Greece), dissemination leaders of the project, updated partners on the progress of the latest dissemination activities. Partners had the opportunity to end the evening enjoying a social dinner with delicious Italian food and take in the sites around the city.

1ST TPM IN ITALY | 2ND DAY
Partners started the second day of the TPM by discussing Intellectual Output 3, led by partner Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (Greece). This intellectual output includes the Youth work and young engagement toolkit in the scope of climate change. A presentation outlining what the result is all about and anticipated outputs was shared with partners. Under this output, nine units will be developed, where three will be beneficial to youth workers and six will be beneficial to young people. An action plan detailing the activities and associated partners was also presented. After a short break the consortium revisited Intellectual Output 2, and discussed additional details on how the toolkit for climate change should be developed.
All partners were pleased with the productive two days of the TPM and closed the second TPM by discussing the third and forth TPMs taking place online in March 2023 and in Vienna towards the second half of the year.
