Our SSH work is centered on integrating societal perspectives into every stage of project design and implementation. We support consortia in integrating Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) principles, engaging stakeholders in meaningful dialogue, and assessing the social and economic impacts of research outcomes. This ensures that innovations are not developed in isolation but are aligned with societal priorities, policy objectives, and ethical expectations.

We place particular emphasis on participatory approaches that connect science with citizens and policymakers, strengthening the relevance and acceptance of project outcomes. By doing so, we help partners demonstrate the societal value of their research and maximise its impact.

WISEFOUR has contributed SSH expertise to projects such as EMPACT (Creative Europe), where we explored empathy and sustainability through the arts, and ECO-Media (Erasmus+), where we engaged communities in climate action and e-volunteering. These experiences reflect our commitment to bridging the gap between science, culture, and society.
